We respect your privacy and despise spam in all forms. We will never sell your contact information or share it with third-parties to use for marketing to you.
On some of the pages of our websites and/or from within our products, we may ask you to give us some or all of the following data:

- other information gathered in mini-surveys (such as what smartphone, if any, you carry)
Our primary purpose for asking these questions is to be able to respond quickly and appropriately to you. We will also use the information we collect to improve our products and websites. We may occasionally aggregate some data (particularly from the mini-surveys) and use it to inform our writing or direct our new-product efforts.
After our initial response to your comments/questions, we retain your email address and may use it and the information we glean from your comments and survey answers to send you a later email message. Generally this will be to announce a product or update we believe you are waiting to hear about or to share product or company news that we believe you may be interested in knowing. If we do send such email, we promise to include either a link or detailed, easy to follow instructions for how to unsubscribe from future emails.
We host our websites on the servers of reputable, industry-leading vendors whom we believe will do a good job of protecting ALL of our important data, including your contact information.
We do not collect credit card or any other payment information through our own website. All of our products are sold through reputable, industry-leading vendors (Apple and Google, specifically) to whose sites you are directed to at various points from our own. We and you depend on them to safe-guard your payment information. We do not receive your payment information back from them when we receive our sales reports nor at any other time.
We do not anticipate ever changing our privacy and security policies in any fundamental way. If we do find it necessary to make changes to this written policy for the purposes of clarifying our practices or to deal with issues that arise as our business evolves, we will post such changes here.
